Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter  

This giveaway is promoted by Collab Realty Limited. 

2. Eligibility  

The promotion is open to Bay of Plenty residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period  

Entries open on June 1st and close at 11:59pm on June 30th. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter  

To enter, participants must have received an appraisal for their home by Liv during the month of June, and provide all requested details in the entry form. Only one entry per household is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

5. Prize  

The prize consists of one house wash for the property appraised. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Conditions  

The house wash service is subject to availability and service area limitations.

7. Winner Selection  

The winner will be drawn at random on or around July 1st. The winner will be contacted via phone or email using the details provided upon entry.

8. Claiming the Prize  

If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, or does not respond within that time, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

9. Publicity  

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to their first name and general location being used for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, unless otherwise requested.

10. Marketing & Privacy  

By entering this giveaway, participants consent to their personal information being collected, stored, and used by the promoter for marketing, promotional, and real estate-related communications. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

11. Liability  

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.

12. General  

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
