All agreed marketing package fees are payable upfront unless an alternative arrangement has been made with your agent. If payment has not been received before the property is sold, the full amount will be automatically deducted from the deposit alongside the commission upon settlement. Should the property be withdrawn from the market, or if the vendor chooses not to sell or renew the agency agreement, the vendor remains responsible for covering the full cost of the campaign, including any agreed-upon additional marketing expenses.
