All good market assessments include comprehensive data to demonstrate, not only what the market conditions are, but how they relate to you and your property:
- Recent sales relevant to your property
- Current competing properties relevant to your target audience
- City & suburb statistics showing current buying habits
Based on the stats discussed, you will receive an appraisal range specific to your property that outlines where we feel the value of your home is likely to sit in the current market.
It is exceptionally important, now more than ever, to ensure your property is marketed correctly in order to achieve the best price that the current market will deliver. This means being seen by as many people as possible. Our carefully curated marketing packages have been specifically designed to enhance the online presence of your home to ensure it stands out amongst the crowd.
We will review our Honest, Fresh, Bold, & Us packages with you to establish the most suitable package for you and your property.
Additionally, if required, we will advise you on how to best present your home to maximise the sale result.
Transparency is key when you work with us and we want to ensure you know the exact costs involved so you can make a well-informed decision on the sale of your home.
A clear breakdown of our commission fees will be provided, along with the exact fee based on your home’s estimated value.
