Your Appraisal Booking
Thank you for booking a property appraisal with us.
We're excited to provide you with a comprehensive evaluation of your property.
Before we can provide you with an accurate valuation of your home, we will conduct an initial inspection. This visit is an opportunity for us to get acquainted with your property and understand your goals and expectations.
This visit ensures that we have all the necessary information to provide an accurate and thorough appraisal.
Your first visit is booked for 10:00am on Monday, 5th of August at 24 Plane Tree Lane.

During the appraisal, you'll receive a detailed report outlining our findings, along with insights and recommendations to help you make informed decisions.
We aim to make this process as smooth and informative as possible, ensuring all your questions are answered and your expectations are met.
If you have any specific concerns or requests, please let us know in advance.

Based on the stats discussed, you will receive an appraisal range specific to your property that outlines where we feel the value of your home is likely to sit in the current market.

It is exceptionally important, now more than ever, to ensure your property is marketed correctly in order to achieve the best price that the current market will deliver. This means being seen by as many people as possible. Our carefully curated marketing packages have been specifically designed to enhance the online presence of your home to ensure it stands out amongst the crowd.
We will review our Honest, Fresh, Bold, & Us packages with you to establish the most suitable package for you and your property.
Additionally, if required, we will advise you on how to best present your home to maximise the sale result.
